About this dessert:
Kyauk Kyaw (which is a seaweed jelly) with a coconut milk layer on top, is also one of the most popular desserts in Burma. Agar agar, a seaweed extract, is a good vegan substitute for gelatin which comes stewed bones. Agar agar comes in several different forms, but the powder works best for me:
Ingredients:
Coconut Milk-2 cups
Water-1 1/2 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Agar Agar/ China Grass-16 gm
Procedure:
1. Bring water, sugar and agar agar to boil.
2. Let it boil on low flame until agar agar dissolves completely.
3. Add coconut milk and switch off flame.
4. Pour it into a 8″ square tin and leave it at room temperature to set.
5. It will set once it cools down.
6. Refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
7. Cut into squares.
8. Remove from tin and serve chilled.

Courage Stars: Katz and Cajun fox

Hey guys! It's been centuries since I last posted. Like years. So I've decided to maintain a theme for this blog, and today I've got another character from a childhood show I've watched; Courage the Cowardly dog

Katz, a sly and cunning character who is oddly obsessed with spiders;

Updates!

Happy December everyone!

I absolutely love winter! Sipping hot beverages, tidy cozy cottages, gorgeous scenery, and so much more. I am real sorry I haven't really posted, but I've had a really really, busy December so far. I decided to change my background, given the advice of a friend of mine. My background won't match the season. I will try to post around 3 to 4 times a week, because of my busy schedule. But I'll be sure to be more in touch with you guys and post more often. Back to winter. where I'm from, It isn't snowing. Not even flurries. Come on, snow, We are all waiting on you. I really want a snow day so I can sleep in and not wake up at like 6:30. Also, it'd be lovely if  Virginia's weather would pick a climate and stick to it. I'm sick of a blizzard one week and warmth for three days, and then another blizzard. Image result for snowflakeImage result for hot cocoa

Mint Chip

Hi again, lovelies!

Today I thought I would post another recipe I have found!

You all know I love chocolate-mint. I like it better than pumpkin spice, and I think it's more wintry than candy cane.
